You may choose how Eric Johnson Auto Sales contacts you about vehicle inquiries, appointments, financing conversations, trade-in requests, and customer support.
Text Messages
Reply STOP to stop text messages and HELP for help. A request to stop texts applies to the mobile number used for the request. You may later reply START or provide fresh consent to resume permitted messages.
Use an unsubscribe link when one is provided or contact the dealership to request that non-essential emails stop. Transactional or legally required messages may still be sent when appropriate.
Calls
Ask dealership personnel to update your call preference. A preference request does not prevent communications that you specifically request or that are necessary to complete an active transaction.
Preference changes may take a reasonable period to process. Keep your contact information current so requests can be applied accurately.
